Upon purchasing jewellery containing Gently Grown™ Moissanite, you'll receive a comprehensive Authenticity Report detailing the specifics of your distinctive gem, and the location will ask you to fill out a from (if purchased online this will be emailed) and this will be sent through to us.
We will then proceed to email you a copy of your warranty, along with some terms and conditions.

terms & Condition of lifetime warranty
Our Warranty safeguards the optical attributes, encompassing fire, brilliance, lustre, and clarity of our gemstones.
Please note:
- The Gently Grown Moissanite Warranty is exclusive to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred.
- Damage resulting from abuse or improper use is not covered by our Warranty. Any cracks, chips, or damages incurred under such circumstances will not be eligible for coverage.
- Loss or theft of your gemstone is not covered by our Warranty.
- Gently Grown advises against any post-growth treatments, as these may compromise the durability and optical properties of the stone. Any such treatments or tampering will void the Limited Lifetime Warranty.
